Ben’s family is on duty this week.

The first part of the Joey Scout Law is:  ‘A Joey Scout cares’ and tonight we’ll be thinking about the things that we can do to show other people that we care 🙂

All of this month we’ll be running activities that focus on caring and sharing to earn a special badge.

The Joey Scout Mob has to do a ‘special deed’ as part of the Caring and Sharing badge and we’d like to send a special bag of toys to Monash Children’s Hospital.  Please talk about why we are doing this with your Joey and take them shopping with you to choose a toy suitable for a 6 – 8 year old child bring the toy with you to the Joey Scout meeting on Wednesday 25th May; suggestions for toys can be found by clicking on the link.

Also, if your Joey Scout has a favourite (no longer than 5 minute to read) book that they’d like us to share with the other Joey Scouts please bring it to any of the meetings in May.
